I recently created my wordpress profile and would be glad to start sharing my experiences with Peace Corps in Swaziland. My cohort will land in Manzini on June 28. Meanwhile, I may write about my pre-departure experiences – leaving NYC and family, etc., and also submitting my various writings (academic essays and Haiku).

Casts a Spell. It is set in Cape Town and the nearby township of Khayelitsha. I really enjoyed writing about this setting. I think you would find it quite fascinating to set your novel in Swaziland. I’d love to hear about some of your experiences in the Peace Corps.

I’m very happy with your blog.

I will serve as a Peace Corps volunteer in Swaziland beginning in June and have been thinking about setting a mystery there. I’m not sure of the details, but I’m interested in a young Peace Corps volunteer as my amateur detective and the cross-cultural issues he will face.
